Stainless Steel or Galvanized Steel Distributors

Any style distributor can be ordered using either stainless steel (type 304 standard) or galvanized steel construction.

• Standard Duty
  The inner spout and spout flexes are 10 gauge mild steel. The outlet ducts are 12 gauge mild steel. No liners are used. 
  
  
• Medium Duty
  The inner spout and spout flexes are 10 gauge mild steel with 3/16 inch abrasion resistant steel liners on the bottom surfaces. The outlet ducts are 12 gauge mild steel without any liner. 
  
  
• Heavy Duty
  The inner spout and spout flexes are 10 gauge mild steel with 3/16 inch abrasion resistant steel liners on the bottom surfaces. The outlet ducts are 12 gauge mild steel and are provided with a high carbon steel replaceable liner. 
  
  
• Electrically Operated
  Electronic “EDI” Control options is shown on pages 49 – 52 of this book. Limit switch option is also available for SyncroSet and SwingSet Distributors. 
  
  
• Oversize Duct Outlets
  Oversize discharge ducts are available to allow you to feed into a specific duct with more than one inner spout simultaneously. An example would be an 8 inch double distributor with one duct having a 12 inch diameter opening rather than the normal 8 inch diameter.
